Ski down the 4 O'Clock run, click out at our door, and drop your boots in the ski locker — that's the whole commute. Our remodeled 2BR/2BA sits right on the run and one block off Main Street, so dinner is a walk, not a drive. Quartz kitchen, fireplace, sunny deck with mountain views, elevator to the door, two shared hot tubs downstairs. Free Ride bus out front, five minutes to the Snowflake lift. Sleeps six, one covered space included. We're Brandon and Iulia — come get snowed on with us.

GETTING HOME ON SKIS We're directly adjacent to the 4 O'Clock run. Ski all the way down, click out at the building, and take the elevator up — no shuttle, no slog across town in ski boots. Your gear lives in a private ski locker on the ground floor instead of the living room, and there are luggage carts by the elevator for the first haul in. GETTING OUT IN THE MORNING The Free Ride bus stops right outside the front door and runs every 15 minutes: about 5 minutes to the Snowflake lift, and it loops the whole town, so nobody has to be the designated driver. Main Street is a one-block walk. THE CONDO Two bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping six — the guest room has a Murphy bed that folds down for the extra two. Remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, full-size fridge, coffee maker and Keurig, crockpot, and everything you need to cook a real dinner. Fireplace in the living room, washer and dryer in the unit, fast WiFi, and board games and books on the shelf by the dining table. The primary bath has a steam shower. The deck gets afternoon sun and looks straight at the mountain. One honest note on climate: almost nothing residential in Breckenridge has air conditioning, and we're no exception — at 9,600 feet the nights do that work for you, and the windows open on both sides for a cross breeze. In winter the fireplace and baseboard heat keep it very warm. DOWNSTAIRS Two hot tubs on the first floor, next to the elevator, shared with the other residents and open daily from 10am to 10pm. US We're Brandon and Iulia. We bought here for that run — being able to ski home instead of waiting on a shuttle changes the whole day. We're a couple of hours down I-70, so if something isn't right, text us and we'll actually fix it.
Other Details to Note
PARKING — worth reading before you book The garage gives each condo one covered space, and it's yours for the whole stay. If you're arriving in a second vehicle, plan on one of the Town of Breckenridge overnight lots (roughly $40/night, paid through the Breck Park app). The Stephen C. West Ice Arena lot is the closest one to us and sits right on the Free Ride bus line, so a second car isn't a hassle — it just isn't at the building. We send the full parking walkthrough, including oversize-vehicle options, with your check-in instructions. GOOD TO KNOW Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six. Entry is by keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule — no key to collect and nobody to meet. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events; it's a residential building and our neighbors are lovely, so we'd like to keep it that way.

We're at the bottom of the Four O'Clock run and one block off Main Street, which in Breckenridge means you get the mountain and the town without moving your car once you've parked it. Out the back, you're on the run — ski down to the building in winter, and the same trail is a hiking and biking route straight out the door all summer. Out the front, you're a block from Main Street: the restaurants, the bars, the coffee, the gear shops, all walkable in ski boots or flip-flops depending on the season. The Free Ride bus stops out front and it's free. Five minutes to the Snowflake lift in the morning, and a ride home from dinner at night — which is the part guests tell us they didn't expect to appreciate as much as they do.
Guest Access
The entire condo is yours, plus your own ski locker on the ground floor for skis, boards, and boots. The two hot tubs on the first floor, next to the elevator, are shared with the other residents and open daily from 10am to 10pm. Entry is by keypad — no key to collect and nobody to meet, so you can arrive on your own schedule. WHERE YOU'LL STAY
Find us
The Free Ride bus stops right outside the front door, runs about every 15 minutes, and is completely free — roughly 5 minutes to the Snowflake lift, and it loops the rest of town including the gondola and the grocery store. Main Street is a one-block walk, so most guests park once when they arrive and don't touch the car again until they leave. In winter you ski back to the building down the 4 O'Clock run rather than driving or shuttling home at the end of the day.
